Fritz Pluviose serves as Of Counsel to the firm. He brings a broad range of legal experience but focuses much of his practice in the areas of Real Estate, Criminal Defense, Estate Planning, and Family Law. Before joining Scafidi Juliano, Fritz founded his own private practice, The Law Office of Fritz M. Pluviose, which he continues to operate.
Fritz is energized by helping clients to achieve their desired outcome through zealous advocacy, removing stress from what could otherwise be an overwhelming experience. He serves on the Board of Directors of Suffolk Lawyers for Justice, an organization overseeing the delivery of legal services to indigent defendants in the Boston area.
Born and raised in Rhode Island, Fritz currently resides on Massachusetts's north shore with his wife and two children. Outside of work, his interests include promoting access to justice, justice reform, volunteering, mentoring law students and young attorneys, helping the environment, and following local sports.
