As a professional Trust & Estates Paralegal, Monique Sherr oversees the probate of estates from opening to closing, including the preparation and filing of estate tax returns. Monique builds a supportive relationship with clients who are experiencing difficult circumstances after the death of a loved one. In addition to probating estates, Monique also prepares estate planning documents and works closely with clients in funding of their trusts. Monique brings over 35 years of legal experience to Scafidi Juliano. Outside of the office Monique enjoys spending time at the beach, leisurely bike rides, and spending time with her family.
What charity are you passionate about?
“I am a believer in the value of service dogs and their contribution to assisting individuals with disabilities. My go-to charity is Paws with a Cause.”
What influenced my career?
“When I was in high school, I took a law class. From that point forward I knew what direction I would take.”
Where is the best place you have traveled to?
“Best place I have traveled to was Liege, Belgium. When I was young, I was fortunate to spend summers in Liege and was exposed to a lot of history.”
