Eric T. Salines

Eric T. Salines, Esq. joined the firm in 2019 as an Associate Attorney. His focus is primarily on Residential and Commercial Real Estate. Attorney Salines has been involved in hundreds of residential and commercial transactions, representing developers, lenders, buyers, and sellers. His attention to detail and commitment to his client’s needs never goes unnoticed by our firm’s lenders and clients.

Prior to joining the firm Eric worked at a few boutique firms in the Greater Boston area focusing primarily on residential and commercial real estate, landlord-tenant law and estate planning.

Mr. Salines earned his Juris Doctorate from Massachusetts School of Law in Andover, MA and his Bachelors in Business Administration degree Cum Laude in Business Management from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in Amherst, MA. He is a member of the Business Networking International (BNI) chapter in Beverly, MA.

Eric is a licensed closing agent in Massachusetts and New Hampshire.

In his spare time Eric enjoys traveling, watching sports, attending concerts, exercising and spending time with his family.

Eric currently resides in South Hamilton with his wife Lauren and son Jackson.
